1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Arrow Pin (“the Game”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your choices regarding your information when you install and play the Arrow Pin mobile application (Package ID: com.htuse.arrowpin) on Android devices.

By downloading, accessing, or playing Arrow Pin, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND STORE LOCALLY

We do not require you to create an account, register, or provide any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address) to play Arrow Pin.

Local Game Data (Stored on Your Device Only):

The App stores your gameplay progress and settings locally on your device using Android's standard local storage (SharedPreferences). This includes:

  • Your current puzzle level and highest unlocked level.
  • Your in-game preferences (Sound Effects toggle, Haptic Feedback toggle, Show Exit Arrows toggle, and Sparkles toggle).

This local gameplay data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by clearing the App's storage in your Android device settings or uninstalling the App.

3. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)

Arrow Pin is a free-to-play game supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), an advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display Interstitial ads (between completed levels after Level 6) and optional Rewarded video ads (such as watching an ad to restore a heart/chance).

To provide, measure, and improve advertising and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and process certain data from your device, including:

  • Device Identifiers: Your device's Advertising ID (Google Play Services Advertising ID / AAID), app set ID, or other device identifiers.
  • Coarse Location Information: Approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Device & Network Information: Device make, model, operating system version, screen size, language setting, mobile carrier, and network connection type.
  • Ad Interaction & Usage Data: Information about ads shown in the App (impressions, clicks, rewarded video completions) and basic app launch/interaction events.
  • Diagnostics & Performance Data: Crash logs, initialization metrics, and performance data related to the ad SDK.

How Google Uses Information:

Google uses this information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, cap ad frequency, measure ad effectiveness, and detect invalid traffic or fraud. For more information on how Google collects and processes data, please review:

4. PERMISSIONS USED BY THE APP

Arrow Pin requests only the minimum technical permissions necessary to function:

  • INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Used to load and display advertisements via Google AdMob and open this Privacy Policy link when requested by you.
  • VIBRATE: Used to provide optional tactile haptic feedback during puzzle interactions (which can be turned off anytime in the in-game Settings menu).
  • AD_ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID): Used by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to access the Android Advertising ID in accordance with your device's privacy settings.

The App does not access your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, or personal files.

5. YOUR CHOICES AND OPT-OUT RIGHTS

You can control or limit how your device information is used for personalized advertising at any time:

  • Android Device Settings: Open your device's “Settings” > “Privacy” > “Ads” (or “Settings” > “Google” > “Ads”) and select “Delete advertising ID” or “Opt out of Ads Personalization”. When you opt out or delete your Advertising ID, AdMob will no longer use your Advertising ID to build a profile or show personalized ads (though you may still see non-personalized contextual ads).
  • In-App Consent Prompts: Where required by applicable law (such as in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland), you may be presented with a consent dialog allowing you to manage your advertising preferences.
  • Uninstalling the App: You can stop all collection of information by the App at any time by uninstalling Arrow Pin from your device.
6

6. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING (EEA, UK, AND SWISS USERS - GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland:

  • Consent: Personalized advertising and the reading/writing of advertising identifiers on your device rely on your consent where required by law.
  • Legitimate Interests: Non-personalized ad delivery, frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, security, and fraud prevention may be processed based on legitimate interests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Under the GDPR/UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, the right to restrict or object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Because we do not directly collect or store personal data on our own servers, exercising these rights regarding advertising data can be done via your Android Advertising ID settings or by contacting Google directly, or by emailing us at support@htuse.com.

7. CALIFORNIA & U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with applicable consumer privacy laws, you have the right to:

  • Know the categories of personal information collected and shared with third parties.
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can exercise this right on Android by deleting your Advertising ID or opting out of personalized ads in your device's Google/Privacy settings.
  • Request deletion of personal information. Since we do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers, we do not hold personal records about you.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
8

8. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

  • Local Data: Gameplay progress and settings stored on your device remain on your device until you reset your progress, clear the App's cache/storage, or uninstall the App.
  • Third-Party Advertising Data: Data collected by Google AdMob is retained and secured by Google in accordance with Google's data retention policies (https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention) and industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Arrow Pin is a general-audience puzzle game and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at support@htuse.com and we will take prompt steps to address your request.

10

10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Information collected by our third-party advertising partner (Google AdMob) may be processed on servers located outside of your country of residence, including in the United States. Google implements appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect cross-border data transfers in compliance with applicable law.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page (https://arrowpin.htuse.com/privacy). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
